El pasado viernes, 9 de marzo, el alumnado de 1º de Primaria participó en un taller muy especial ambientado en Perú.
La madre de una compañera nos contó un montón de cosas curiosas e interesantes de este maravilloso país. Pudimos disfrutar de sus espectaculares paisajes, de sus danzas, de sus trajes coloridos y de los exóticos olores y colores de su gastronomía.
Lo que más nos gustó fue la increíble fauna que puebla la reserva natural de Paracas, en Pisco, con pingüinos, pelícanos, aves guaneras y, por supuesto, el majestuoso cóndor de los Andes.
Nos quedamos sorprendidos con los misterios naturales aún sin resolver, con las momias y con las líneas de Nazca.
Perú es costa, tierra y selva. ¡Qué país más rico en belleza natural!

A TRIP THROUGH PERU
Last Friday, 9th of March, year 1 took part in a very surprising workshop: “we went on holidays to Peru”. A classmate’s mum visited our school to tell us wonderful aspects about her mother country: Peru.
She showed to us nice pictures of the spectacular costal and inland landscapes. There are marvelous beaches and deserts in Peru. Besides, incredible animals live there peacefully, such as: penguins, seals, pelicans, amazing birds and the impressive condor.
We really got astonished with the mysterious perfect shapes that can be seen in Nazca and how the former inhabitants practised brain surgery and mummified their relatives in the past.
